Taylor hasn’t exactly been a franchise passer for the Bills

The courting of Jeremy Maclin didn’t quite work, mainly because he could land in a more prominent role for a better AFC playoff contender, the Ravens. Boldin, now with his fifth team and ready to turn 37 in October, has become the ultimate hired gun among aging inside receivers. He’ll do his dirty work wherever and whenever it’s needed, and won’t be a damn diva about it.

Taylor hasn’t exactly been a franchise passer for the Bills, but he has made a Pro Bowl and given them at least an above-average starter. He’s done that while being reined in, not able to show off his big arm more — as he should. Dennison, with Jones and Boldin now in tow, should be more aggressive in pushing the ball downfield with Taylor.

It’s a necessity, as LeSean McCoy’s mileage could catch up to him quickly and dramatically, and the Bills no longer have the strong ground contingency of Mike Gillislee. The Bills need to NFL Jerseys Paypal open things up a bit and spread the field effectively to have an offense capable of scoring enough to steal a wild card.

There was a debate to whether the Bills would keep Taylor early in the offseason. More than just keeping him, they needed to do a lot more to get the best out of him. The 1-2 punch of Jones and Boldin provide just that.

It’s not that crazy to imagine a scenario where the Bills struggle to do much of anything and decide to move on from Tyrod Taylor to avoid giving him a $6 million roster bonus next spring. It’s also NFL Jerseys From China not that hard to imagine the Bills ponying up the money necessary to go after Cousins.

But Cousins has been blessed with a pretty strong supporting cast in Washington. If he signed with the Bills, he’d go to a team that could very quickly have little else to work with on offense.
